To see the characters that are needed most, plaese go to the "Auditionable Characters" thead under 'Information' and look through them. There are plenty of colors to go around, as well as some high ranking flits. (see flits thread)
Other than that, more candidates, healers and dragonriders are needed.
Oh, as a last note, if you would like to create a more adventurous character to go into the mountains to impress a wild dragon, create them as a candidate and send me a PM to let me know your intentions, as my Journeyman Smith character will be leading an expedition up there.
